Unlocking Community Potential Through Collective Impact – Collaboration – with funders, allies and community partners – is a significant part of how our work gets done. Collective Impact – a disciplined form of mulit-sector collaboration – is demonstrating powerful results on tough community issues like: poverty-reduction; educational achievement and improving 3rd Grade reading success. This session offers participants an overview of the Collective Impact Framework and stories of CI in action. We will explore the mindset shifts needed for authentic Collective Impact and discover – and apply – specific tools and resources designed to help you implement the CI Framework to build partnerships and commitment to a common agenda to advance your own work.
